How long does a wash take?

Most washes take approximately 3–5 minutes from when you enter the cashier/kiosk area to the end of the tunnel. Of course, this will depend on how busy we are.

Yes. Our equipment is designed to safely wash most factory-standard vehicles when proper guidelines are followed.

What types of vehicles can go through the wash?

We accept most cars, SUVs, vans, and light trucks that meet our height requirements. We guarantee the safety of all factory-installed equipment in proper working order.

Our cleaning products are manufactured to the highest standards for Riptide Car Wash. They are made exactly to our specifications to ensure that they are the safest, most effective products available.

Can you wash my pick-up truck?

Yes. Pickup beds must be empty before entering the wash for safety reasons. Some side mirrors, oversized or off-road tires, and lifted suspensions may not be compatible.

Is the wash safe for convertibles?

Yes. Convertibles with fully closed tops may enter the wash. Vehicles with worn or modified seals enter at the owner’s risk.

Will my antenna be okay?

Aftermarket products such as CB and cell phone antennas will need to be removed before washing. Electric antennas will need to be lowered.
