Our Story
Riptide Car Wash is a family-owned and operated express car wash company serving Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Founded by brothers Jeff, Nelson, and Ryan Bollinger, Riptide has grown from a single location into a trusted local brand known for high-quality car wash services, outstanding customer service, and strong community involvement.
Our journey began in 2011 when we purchased East End Car Wash in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Through significant investments, facility improvements, and a passion for the car wash industry, we transformed the location into Lititz Car & Truck Wash. As customer demand continued to grow, we expanded our vision by adding an express tunnel car wash with complimentary vacuum stations, creating a faster, more convenient car wash experience for customers throughout Lancaster County.
It was during this expansion that the Riptide Car Wash name was born.
Since then, Riptide has continued to evolve and expand while remaining committed to the same family values and customer-first philosophy that started it all. In November 2019, we added our Lititz Pike location, bringing the Riptide experience to even more drivers in Lancaster County. Our growth continued in November 2024 with the addition of our Oregon Pike location, further strengthening our ability to serve customers throughout the region. Today, Riptide Car Wash proudly operates four locations, providing convenient, affordable, and professional express car wash services to thousands of customers each month.
